SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
We are a preorder based business so all items will be shipped and delivered to you within 2-3 weeks. On hand items or items in our inventory at our main location will be shipped and delivered to you within 2-4 business days. You can check more shipping details under each product. Items that are on hand will be frequently listed on our instagram page. You will be updated after your order is placed and you will receive your tracking number after your order has been shipped.
Please note that once we ship your package, we are not responsible for UPS/USPS deliveries. Delivery issues must be handled with UPS/USPS or carrier because we are not a shipping carrier. If a package is lost under a shipping carrier, they are responsible for claiming and locating packages.
Return & Exchange Policy
All sales and purchases are final. We do not accept refunds for online orders. You will receive your order no matter what. Preordered items are ineligible for exchange or refund requests. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us for any questions or concerns by emailing Topnotchluxury01@gmail.com.
