FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We're a preorder based business. 99% of our items have to be preordered unless we post certain products and label them "on hand/ready to ship." All preordered items will be delivered to you within 2-3 weeks. On hand items take 2-4 business days to be delivered.
All shoe sizes listed on our products are in US form. In that case, you must choose the exact size you wear in US and we will convert it for you. All shoes are true to size. Shoes (such as runners/tracks) will come with the EUR sizing number on it in correlation to your US size.
Yes, we do custom orders. If you don't see your size for an item you can send us a picture of the item and let us know what size you wear. If you have a product in mind that isn't shown on our website you can send us a picture and we will check if it's available on our end. We will send you an invoice of what you inquired about and it will allow you to submit payment/place order.
